The Agreement came into force at the moment the Member clicked the "I have read, accept and approve the Membership Agreement" button in electronic environment and the declaration of acceptance was recorded in the COMPANY's records.
- Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use and conditions for the Member to benefit from the products and services offered on the COMPANY's website www.oiaformore.com.
- Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- The Member agrees to comply with all legal regulations while using the website www.oiaformore.com and not to violate said regulations. The Member accepts and undertakes that they will be responsible for all legal and penal liabilities that may arise in case of violation.

- The Member cannot copy and/or reproduce, present and/or transfer the information on the website www.oiaformore.com to be published in other mediums.
- The Member undertakes not to engage in activities and transactions such as spam, viruses, etc., that will prevent, hinder and/or make it difficult for others to use the services offered at www.oiaformore.com; not to produce content that is contrary to general morals and decency, illegal, damaging to the rights of third parties, misleading, aggressive, obscene, pornographic, damaging to personal rights, infringing copyrights, encouraging illegal activities, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

Effectiveness
This Agreement comes into force on the date it is announced by the COMPANY and remains in effect until terminated by either party. It came into force at the moment the Member clicked the "I have read, accept and approve the Membership Agreement" button in electronic environment and the declaration of acceptance was recorded in the COMPANY's records. The COMPANY may change the provisions of this Agreement at any time.
