Exchange and Return Policy

For all purchases made on the www.oiaformore.com website, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days from the date the order was delivered to you. When making a return request and processing, the following points should be considered:

  • You can submit your return request through the My Orders section on the www.oiaformore.com website or by sending an email to info@onkagloabal.com.
  • Products to be returned must be sent freight collect (free of charge) via the contracted cargo company. If sent with a different cargo company other than the contracted one, the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
  • Products you wish to return must be returned with their invoice, in their original packaging, undamaged, with tags intact, unused, and in a re-saleable condition.
  • The address below is valid for return shipments. After you create your return request, the contracted cargo company and recipient code information for your shipment will be sent to you via an informative email.

Before receiving your order from the cargo officer, please open and check the package, ensuring it is sound and undamaged. If there is any damage to the products you ordered, do not accept the package and have the cargo officer prepare a report. If a report is not made regarding damage to the products during shipment and the product is accepted, the cargo company is deemed to have fully fulfilled its duty. Return requests based on damaged delivery without a report will not be accepted.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal is Not Applicable

In Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts, prepared within the scope of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the exception to the right of withdrawal is stated as follows:

ARTICLE 15 – (1) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the control of the seller or provider.
b) Contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
c) Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass quickly.
ç) Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
d) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
e) Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables supplied in a tangible medium, if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery.
f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided under a subscription agreement.
g) Contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation that must be performed on a specific date or period.
ğ) Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
h) Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
